The elastically deformable high-performance plastic our product are made of is used as industrial wear protection since years. Because of its flexibility, it can withstand enormous loads such as pressure, tension, cuts and abrasion for an extremely long time. It gives in to any deformation and immediately finds its way back to its original shape. That makes it unique.

For you as a forester or arborist, this means that your chainsaw in our holders is 100% protected against knocks, cuts and shocks. Both when transporting through rough terrain and in use when you have to put the saw down during work breaks.

All holders are CE compliant and have an integrated safety belt for the saw. This is unique on the market.

Transport hoods are also available as an option to protect the saw from dirt.
Toolprotect chainsaw holder are cast by hand in commercial production and then thermally aged over a period of 24 hours for best properties.

Our brackets are particularly suitable for installation in tight spaces. The small installation space requirement of only 12x12 cm enables use in the forest on the cable winch or forest crane truck or in the work basket or on the chopper in tree care.
The holders are available in three sizes, depending on the length and width of the sword, to optimally fit your chainsaw.

This guarantees little play and therefore a secure grip when operating. We can also supply the holders in many different colors. There's something for everyone.
Why polyurethane and not hardplastic or plywood?
Polyurethane is tough-elastic and yet almost indestructible. It has been used in industry under extreme conditions for decades. The processing takes place in a manual casting process and is therefore quite complex.
  • Maximum protection for people, as polyurethane deforms elastically when it comes into contact with the smallest of spaces and injuries can be avoided.
  • Maximum protection for the chainsaw, as the material follows all movements, absorbs vibrations and does not break even under extreme loads - simply "unbreakable"
  • Maximum protection for the chain, as it does not wear out in the polyurethane shell, as with wooden or plastic brackets.
  • Maximum lifespan because polyurethane dodges the sharp chain links and immediately reshapes.

  • In forestry , performance and sometimes health depend on a perfect chain saw. In rough terrain, your saw needs protection and a safe place where it will not break even in the event of blows, scratches or falling branches.
  • In professional gardening , it is important to have the saw at hand quickly and to always have it at hand in the same place. Instead of freely on the back of the loading area, the saw is directly mounted in the bracket on the car and is ready for immediate use.
  • As an arborist , you want to have the saw anchored directly in the basket and protect yourself from the open chain in a confined space. With a special holder for baskets, you can quickly take the saw with you and have it at hand even at a height of 30 meters.

Toolprotect mounting - 
it´s so easy
All Toolprotect holders are particularly easy to assemble. You do not need any accessories - only a mounting area of 12 x 12 cm is required. A comprehensive set of screws is already included in the delivery. That's it.

Several mounting plates are optionally available for even more mounting options.

So these holders fit on your tractor as well as on the harvester, forwarder, quad, ATV, SkiDoo or municipal vehicle.

The optimized holder type P1 is available for small, top-handle and cordless saws.
Toolprotect in the field test
Whether you are traveling by tractor, ATV, quad or pick-up - the forest is not a freeway. Blows and vibrations hit your saw enormously.
We measured up to 80kg point load on the saw housing with conventional holders made of hard plastic or wood! This can lead to serious damage. With Toolprotect, the saw rests softly in the holder.
